The Supervisory Board is composed of members elected at and responsible to the Shareholders’ General Meeting. Its duties include monitoring the company’s business activities, supervising the performance and decision making of the Board of Directors and senior managers, and conducting investigations to specific situations as needed in order to present corrective proposals and recommendation.
The current members of the Supervisory Board are ZHANG Zhiying, QI Xiangbo and JIANG Ting.

Mr. Zhang Zhiying is JASIC Technology’s investment project director and trade union chairman. Prior to joining JASIC Technology, Mr. Zhang worked for Shenzhen MaiWei Cable TV Equipment Co., Ltd. as a manufacturing manager, and served as a director for the factory in Xili district. He also served as a deputy general manager of Shenzhen Ze Guo Electronics Co., Ltd.

Ms. Jiang Ting works as a manager of the third sales department of International Marketing and Sales Center of JASIC Technology.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Jiang was a chairman secretary and translator of JASIC, and earlier in her career she held several roles including marketing specialist and project supervisor in Shenzhen Grand Technology Co., Ltd.
